What is the Cancellation Policy?

A 4 hour notice is requested for cancellation or rescheduling of any individual service. For spa packages and parties of 3 or more, require a minimum of a 24 hour notice. Group cancellations made less than the required time frame or failure to keep your appointments well result in a loss of deposit or may result in the cancellation of  gift certificates.

What is your Child Policy?

For the safety of your child and for your spa enjoyment, we ask that you refrain from bringing children to the spa.

What time should I arrive?

For your initial visit please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out necessary forms.

Cell phone policy:

To relax and enhance your spa experience, please turn off cell phones and pagers upon arrival.  Thank you for understanding!
